Our common life experience as busy women is often wearing many hats—mom, professional, spouse/partner, caretaker, etc.  It is too often described as chaotic...life happens before we have time to catch up…struggling to find balance among our health, work, family, relationships, and self.  At the end of the day, we feel exhausted, stressed, dissatisfied, angry, indifferent, frustrated, or depressed with a feeling of disconnection from the world and who we are at our core.

Sound familiar?  Of course it does because we only see the self that we have been trained to see. Life does not give us time to acknowledge our inner selves and as a result, the very essence of who we are is muted.  This segmentation from true self is out of alignment with our DNA, and prevents us from fully embracing the amazing women we are. 

As women, we naturally are benevolent and giving, and we value connection, community, caring for family, and laughing with friends.  Life today does not make much time for this and because we often feel unhappy without knowing why, we look to external forces outside of us to find joy or define our worthiness.
