A Personal Note from Natalie Runyon

I live by a life philosophy called Transformational Generosity. When I give myself in service to others, I find the greatest gift of all—alignment with my life purpose.  I absolutely love helping people discover their inner voice and watching the transformation they experience in the process. My good fortune to discover my own purpose and to live it out in a multitude of different ways—one of them as a Leadership Coach—has completely shifted my reality to one of abundance, love, gratitude and wholehearted excitement for life.  I learned about Transformational Generosity during the best year of my life, 2008, when I spent a year as part of my employer’s paid public service leadership fellow program working to help people who lost everything in Hurricane Katrina in the New Orleans area, my home town, rebuild their lives.

The culmination of all of these amazing experiences has resulted in Powerful Leadership.  When I give myself freely, I am powerful and receive back so much more in return.  In the journey, I learn what I have to give and received the gift of seeing my gifts positively influence the lives of others.

I am at Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), the most rigorous coach training program accredited by the International Coach Federation. I am also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.

I use the Energy Leadership™ assessment and program along with my passion for serving others in my work as a Leadership Coach

In addition to my coaching credentials and ten years experience working for a Wall Street investment bank and in US intelligence, I hold an MBA from The George Washington University and a BS in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University.
